Audio-described product demonstration

Narration describes the product views. The actual two-note agent sound plays quietly during the alert examples. All incidents are demonstrations.

00:00:00 — Clear messages. Coordinated response.

With Nuntivra, your team can send clear desktop alerts, then follow an incident through to stand-down.

00:00:08 — Choose recipients. Prepare the message.

Choose your sites, departments and groups. Then write a message, or use a saved template.

00:00:16 — Check the message. Review before sending.

Before sending, review the message and recipients. Live alerts need an explicit confirmation.

00:00:23 — A visible ticker. An audible alert.

Here, the red ticker reports a suspicious package in the waiting area. Lockdown is in operation. Staff are asked to follow local lockdown procedures until further notice. When sound is enabled, a two-note alert repeats until the message is acknowledged.

00:00:42 — The critical alert box.

For a weapons incident, the critical alert box makes the full instruction prominent. Lockdown is in operation. Follow local weapons and lockdown procedures until further notice. The acknowledgement button stays clearly visible.

00:00:59 — Follow the recorded response.

Back on the dashboard, follow displayed and acknowledged records. These records do not prove that instructions were followed.

00:01:07 — Incident concluded. Stand down in green.

When the incident ends, send a green stand-down to the original recipients. This conclusion has its own, separate acknowledgement.

00:01:17 — Desktop, SMS and WhatsApp.

Nuntivra also supports SMS and WhatsApp, alongside desktop alerts. IT connects a supported business messaging provider, tests the connection and a real message on an authorised handset, then enables the channel. WhatsApp uses approved templates. Provider charges apply, including to exercise messages.
